Perth Festival
2019
What: Development of first Disability Action Plan (available here), including review of all current systems/processes/programs and qualitative and quantitative consultation methods to seek feedback and ideas for the future from the disability community.
Outcomes: Within the first year of this plan, Perth Festival established an external accessibility committee (consisting of community members, both disabled and allies) and a significant increase in the number of access bookings for the 2020 Festival.

Accessible Arts
2019 onwards
What: Various consultation projects (relating to conference design and programming, governance diversity) and training design and delivery (Accessible Online Events and Disability Confidence Training)
Outcomes: Successful delivery of 2019 Arts Activated Conference, partnership with Women on Boards to deliver a workshop program called ‘Get On Board’, development and delivery of new and tailored training programs for a diverse range of arts organisations.

What: Development of Strategic Plan and Disability Action Plan
Outcomes: Application submitted to the National Performing Arts Partnership Framework funding, implementation of the organisation’s first Disability Action Plan.

Unlimited commissions programme (UK based Organisation supporting d/Deaf and disabled artists
2015 - 2016
What: Impact evaluation reports, to explore the evidence about whether they were making a difference and achieving their vision to shift perceptions about disabled artists across the UK and internationally. This involved fieldwork in Scotland, London and Northern Ireland, conducting interviews and a major survey.
Outcomes: Our findings provided an evidence base for the programme, and helped identify important new opportunities. The programme partners were subsequently able to secure £3 million in new funding for a new phase of work. This project is featured as a short case study on the Patternmakers website and is available here.
