Arts & Culture

Diversity, Equity, Access & Inclusion

Our impactful consultancy services enable organisations to build a more diverse, inclusive and accessible world.

We believe that everyone should have equal opportunities to access and participate in the arts and culture.

The creative and cultural industries should reflect and represent our diverse society.

These values are at the core of our personal and professional goals and our work as arts consultants, specialising in diversity, equity, access, and inclusion.

Since 2020, we've empowered over 50 organisations to transform their access, diversity, equity and inclusion work. Our services include developing Strategic Plans, Disability Action Plans, evaluation and impact projects, delivering Disability Inclusion Training, supporting diverse Board recruitment and a range of other offerings. For a full list of clients and current projects see Our Work.

With a passion for diversity and inclusion, I bring my lived experience as a disabled musician to all of my projects. Through my consultancy services, I work with a broad range of organisations in the cultural and creative industries, non-profit sector, governments and universities, both locally and globally.

Based in Sydney, I am an accomplished consultant, leader and facilitator with direct professional experience of working in the arts, government, not for profit and university sectors as a CEO, senior manager, project manager, lecturer, trainer and advisor. I have previously held senior leadership roles at Accessible Arts (CEO) and the Australia Council for the Arts.

To deliver the wide range of projects I work on, I have an amazing network of consultants and sub-contractors that I work with. These trusted colleagues bring a wealth of knowledge, expertise and different types of lived experience to inform and strengthen the projects I deliver. You can read more about our team here.
